Ingredients

12 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the pasta shells: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the jumbo pasta shells for 9-11 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the pasta shells: Once the pasta shells are cool enough to handle, carefully fill each shell with the cheese mixture using a teaspoon or piping bag.

Arrange in the air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the stuffed pasta shells in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.

Air fry the poppers: Spray the tops of the stuffed shells lightly with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and heated through.

Serve: Carefully remove the stuffed pasta poppers from the air fryer. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
