1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 taco-sized tortillas (flour or corn)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
