12 ounces rotini pasta

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.

    Cook the Bacon: While the pasta is cooking, place the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towels, and crumble once cooled.

      Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and cheese.

        Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, fresh dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until smooth and well combined.

          Combine Ingredients: Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
