Ingredients

12 slider buns (soft Hawaiian rolls work great)

1 pound thinly sliced ham (preferably smoked or honey-baked)

12 slices Swiss cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Buns: In a baking dish, slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Lay the bottom halves in the dish.

Assemble the Sliders: Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom buns. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the ham, ensuring each slider is well-covered. Cap with the top halves of the buns.

Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.

Brush the Buns: Pour the butter mixture evenly over the assembled sliders, ensuring each one gets a good coating. Use a brush if needed to spread the sauce evenly.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Cut individually and serve warm. Enjoy your delightful sliders!
