Ingredients

2 cups vanilla pudding mix

4 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 (12 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 package of graham crackers (about 14-16 sheets)

4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

¼ cup crushed graham crackers for topping

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Vanilla Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Continue to whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Stir in the vanilla extract and set aside.

Cream Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Layer the Ingredients: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, begin by laying down a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.

First Layer of Cream: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

Banana Layer: Place half of the sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Pudding Layer: Pour half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the banana layer, spreading it evenly.

Graham Crackers and Cream: Repeat this process by adding another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, the remaining bananas, and then the rest of the vanilla pudding.

Final Topping: Finish with a layer of whipped topping spread evenly across the top. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows, if using.

Chill the Lasagna: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This allows the flavors to meld together and the graham crackers to soften.

Serve: Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired. Cut into squares and enjoy your delectable Banana Pudding Lasagna!
