Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 cup brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate sauce

1 cup whipped cream

Sprinkles (for garnish)

Wooden skewers

Instructions

Prepare the Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for about 10-15 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill (if grilling). This also makes them easier to handle.

Cut the Fruits and Brownies: Slice the bananas into thick rounds, cut the strawberries in half, and if using, cut the brownie into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in a fun pattern. A suggested order: one brownie bite, a pineapple chunk, a banana slice, a strawberry half, and a mini marshmallow. Repeat until the skewer reaches the desired length and you run out of ingredients. You can make about 6-8 kabobs depending on the skewer size.

Drizzle with Chocolate Sauce: Place the assembled kabobs on a serving platter, and drizzle them generously with chocolate sauce.

Serve: Top each kabob with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles for added fun.

Chill or Grill: For a fun twist, you can chill the kabobs in the refrigerator for an hour to serve them cold or grill them for a couple of minutes to slightly caramelize the fruits and warm the chocolate sauce.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Banana Split Dessert Kabobs!
