1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 oz (225g) rice noodles

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup sugar snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation of Noodles: Start by cooking the rice noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and rinse them under cold water to prevent sticking, then set aside.

    Marinating the Beef: In a bowl, mix the sliced sirloin with cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to ensure tenderness.

      Stir-Frying Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
