1 pound fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup store-bought pound cake or sponge cake, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup granola (optional, for crunch)

Prepare the Berries:

    - Wash the mixed berries gently under cool water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces. Set aside.

      Make the Whipped Cream:

        - In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip; you want a light and fluffy texture.

          Combine with Greek Yogurt:

              Assemble the Trifle Cups:

                - In clear serving cups or small glass bowls, start layering your ingredients. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
