2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional for a little kick)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for breadcrumbs)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam it until bright green and tender-crisp (about 3-4 minutes). If using frozen, simply thaw it in a microwave or boil for a couple of minutes. Set aside.

      Mix the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
