Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Biscuit Sliders

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (preferably buttermilk)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Slices of pickles for extra crunch

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Chicken: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

      Shred Chicken: Once cooled slightly, shred the chicken using two forks and return to the skillet. Pour in the buffalo sauce and half of the ranch dressing, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.

        Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick.

          Assemble Sliders: In a greased baking dish, place half of the flattened biscuits at the bottom. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the biscuits and top with shredded cheese. Place the remaining flattened biscuits on top of the cheese layer.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

              Finish with Ranch: Drizzle the remaining ranch dressing on top of the finished sliders. Optionally, add slices of pickles and chopped green onions for garnish.

                Serve: Allow the sliders to cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
