Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (your preference)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for an extra kick)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and fold until the chicken is fully coated.

Stir in both the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.

Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite veggies for dipping.
