1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

For Assembly:

1 cup crushed graham crackers

Drizzle of caramel sauce for topping

Instructions
 

Make the Brownies:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

      - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.

        - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
