1 pound ground beef

8 ounces egg noodles

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

      Sauté the Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent.

        Mix in the Cream of Mushroom Soup: Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and cooked egg noodles. Mix well until evenly combined.

          Combine and Heat Through: Add the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly coated. If using, stir in the frozen peas, allowing them to heat through for another 2 minutes.

            Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
