1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni slices

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 jar (marinara sauce) for dipping

Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Cooking spray or extra olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about a 12x12 inch square. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

      Fill the dough squares: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough square.

        Form the bombs: Carefully pull the corners of each dough square up around the filling and pinch the edges together to create a sealed ball. Ensure there are no gaps for the filling to escape during baking.

          Prepare for baking: Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or spray them with cooking spray for a golden finish.
