Ingredients

1 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded

8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 12x16 inches. Ensure the dough is evenly thick.

Add the Filling: Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of space on all edges.

Roll the Stromboli: Starting from one long end, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges as you go. Pinch the ends to secure the filling inside.

Prepare for Baking: Place the filled stromboli seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Cut a few slits in the top of the dough to allow steam to escape. Brush the top with olive oil and beat the egg to create an egg wash; brush it over the stromboli for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Allow the stromboli to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing it into pieces. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
