2 large flour tortillas or spinach wraps

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded (grilled or rotisserie works best)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup croutons, crushed for extra crunch

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Optional: Sliced cherry tomatoes for added flavor and color

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cooking your chicken if it’s not pre-cooked. Once it has cooled, chop or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, and if desired, slice the cherry tomatoes.

    Mix the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Caesar dressing. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

      Build the Wrap: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. On each tortilla, add an even layer of the Caesar chicken mixture in the center, leaving some space at the edges for wrapping. Top the chicken with chopped romaine lettuce, a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons for extra texture and crunch. If using, add sliced cherry tomatoes on top.

        Wrap it Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom upwards, enclosing all the fillings. Be sure to wrap it snugly to avoid spillage.
