Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate for a sweeter option)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup crushed nuts (almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)

1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Lollipop sticks or wooden skewers

Optional: sprinkles, mini chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions

Prep the Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut each in half. Insert a lollipop stick into the flat end of each banana half, creating a popsicle effect. Place the banana pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 1 hour until firm.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Coat the Bananas: Remove the banana pops from the freezer. Dip each banana half into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat them evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.

Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still wet, roll the coated banana pops in crushed nuts, shredded coconut, and sprinkle with sea salt. Get creative—add sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for extra flair!

Set the Pops: Place the decorated banana pops back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining bananas. Once all pops are coated, return them to the freezer for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, the Chocolate Dipped Banana Bliss Pops are ready to be enjoyed! These treats make for a perfect dessert, snack, or party treat.
