Ingredients

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup crushed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup colorful sprinkles (optional)

Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

Prepare Your Workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it's completely covered for easy removal later.

Melt the Chocolate: In two separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and completely melted.

Arrange Pretzels: Lay the mini pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are close together for maximum coverage.

Drizzle Chocolate: Take a spoon and drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the pretzels evenly. Then, repeat the process with the dark chocolate, ensuring a good mix of both chocolates.

Add White Chocolate: In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same microwave method. Once melted, drizzle this over the chocolate-covered pretzels for a beautiful contrast.

Sprinkle Toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the crushed nuts and colorful sprinkles on top, followed by a light dusting of sea salt to enhance the flavors.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely set.

Break Into Pieces: Once solid, remove the bark from the fridge and break it into pieces of your preferred size.

Store or Serve: Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
