2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup sour cream

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup milk (any kind)

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Cake Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing well. Gradually add the dry ingredients while alternating with the milk, stirring until just combined.

      Make the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Pour the melted butter into this mixture and stir until fully combined.

        Assemble the Cake: Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter.
