8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool completely.
