8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup crab meat (cooked, lump or flaked)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup wonton chips or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat together until smooth and creamy.

      Incorporate the crab: Gently fold in the crab meat, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix until the crab is evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.

        Season to perfection: Stir in sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) for an extra kick. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

          Add cheese: Carefully fold in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese into the crab mixture, reserving the other half for topping later.

            Prepare for baking: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 or similar size) and spread it evenly.

              Top it off: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip.

                Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

                  Garnish and serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with additional fresh parsley. Serve warm with wonton chips or tortilla chips.
