Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

Juice of 1 lime

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mix Base Ingredients: Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lime juice, and minced garlic to the avocados.

Blend It Up: Using a fork or a hand mixer, mash and mix the ingredients until creamy and smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more buttermilk if you prefer it thinner.

Add Seasoning: Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, cayenne pepper (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Taste and Adjust: Give your dip a taste. If you'd like it tangier, add more lime juice; if you prefer it creamier, mix in a bit more Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Before serving, give the dip a final stir and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro for garnish. Serve with veggie sticks, tortilla chips, or your favorite dippers.
