Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (plus more for garnish)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.

Mix the Base: Add the Greek yogurt and sour cream to the bowl with the avocado. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Season It Up: Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Add Fresh Herbs: Gently fold in the chopped chives and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Chill and Serve: Cover the dip with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.

Garnish: Before serving, garnish with additional chopped chives and parsley for a fresh look.

Enjoy: Serve the dip with your favorite vegetable sticks, chips, or crackers, and enjoy your delicious, creamy avocado ranch dip!
