4 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 cups cooked quinoa (or rice)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Broccoli: In a saucepan filled with boiling water, blanch the fresh broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes, until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain, cool in cold water, and set aside.

      Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and half of the sharp cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well-integrated. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to taste.
