4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup carrots, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme
