2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

8 oz egg noodles

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup milk

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (for topping)

2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: In the same bowl, add the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked egg noodles. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
