2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

    Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
