Ingredients

2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)

1 banana, frozen

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings:

Sliced fresh peaches

Granola (homemade or store-bought)

Chia seeds or flax seeds

Shredded coconut

Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. If using frozen, make sure they're ready to go.

Blend the Base: In a high-powered blender, add the sliced peaches, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If it's too thick, you can add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie base and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Pour and Create: Divide the smoothie mixture evenly into serving bowls.

Add Toppings: Decorate the smoothie bowls with toppings of your choice. Start with slices of fresh peaches, then sprinkle granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and finish with a few fresh mint leaves for color and an aromatic touch.

Serve and Enjoy: Grab a spoon, mix in the toppings if desired, and enjoy your creamy peach paradise!
