1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

2 tablespoons milk

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Toppings:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 banana, sliced

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Mint leaves for garnish

Honey or chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Make the Taco Shells:

    - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until well combined.

      - In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, and milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

        - Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc.

          - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place each disc onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            - Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until firm. Allow the taco shells to cool slightly before shaping them into taco forms. You can do this by draping them over an oven rack or a taco holder to form the taco shape.

              Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:

                - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.

                  Assemble the Tacos:

                    - Once the taco shells are completely cooled, spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese filling into each shell.

                      - Decorate the tops with sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana. Feel free to get creative with the arrangement!

                        Garnish and Serve:

                          - Sprinkle shredded coconut over the filled tacos if using.

                            - Garnish with fresh mint leaves and drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup, if desired.

                              Enjoy:

                                - Serve immediately and bask in the praises of your guests for this delightful dessert!
