1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese)

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Steam the Cauliflower: In a steamer basket, steam the cauliflower florets for about 8-10 minutes or until fork-tender. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

      Mash the Cauliflower: Using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, wring out excess moisture from the steamed cauliflower. Transfer to a mixing bowl and mash it lightly with a fork or a potato masher.

        Mix Ingredients: To the mashed cauliflower, add almond flour, shredded cheese, egg, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.

          Form the Tots: Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, tot-sized logs or balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

            Bake: Spray the tops of the cauliflower tots with cooking spray or lightly drizzle olive oil, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
