1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
