2 cups fresh cantaloupe, diced

1 ripe banana, frozen

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Prepare the Cantaloupe: Start by cutting the cantaloupe in half, scooping out the seeds, and dicing the flesh into small cubes. You should have about 2 cups of diced cantaloupe.
