Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (for texture, optional)

Wooden popsicle sticks or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and place them into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

Mix the Yogurt: In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Swirl It Together: Gradually add the banana puree into the yogurt mixture, using a spatula to fold gently. You want to create a marbled effect, so don’t fully blend them together.

Add Texture (Optional): If you like a little crunch, fold in the granola at this stage for added texture.

Fill Your Molds: Spoon the banana-cinnamon yogurt mixture into popsicle molds or small cups, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing.

Insert Sticks: If using molds, insert wooden sticks into the center of each pop. If using cups, you can cover the top with aluminum foil and insert the sticks through the foil to keep them centered.

Freeze: Place the molds or cups into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull out the pops, and enjoy your refreshing treat!
