Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (can substitute with vanilla for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Blueberries: Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Make sure they are completely dry to help the yogurt adhere better.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Coat the Blueberries: Gently dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that they are completely coated. Use a fork or a toothpick to help with this process if needed.

Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, place the yogurt-coated blueberries on the prepared sheet, allowing some space between each for freezing.

Add Toppings (optional): If desired, sprinkle your favorite toppings over the yogurt-coated blueberries while the yogurt is still wet. These could include shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or mini dark chocolate chips for added flavor and texture.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.

Store and Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the blueberry yogurt clusters to an airtight container. Keep them frozen until ready to enjoy. Treat yourself to a refreshing snack straight out of the freezer!
