1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt

For the Caramel Apple Filling:

2 large apples, finely diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)

½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp cinnamon

Prepare the Crust:

      - In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

          Make the Cream Layer:

            - In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

              - In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold the whipped cream into this mixture until well blended and smooth.

                Prepare the Caramel Apple Filling:

                  - In a medium bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and half the caramel sauce. Ensure the apples are evenly coated.

                    Assemble the Bars:

                      - Spread half of the cream layer over the cooled graham cracker crust.
