Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, your choice)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey (for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs

Instructions

Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Set aside.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.

Layer the Mixtures: Line a muffin tin or silicone mold with paper liners or lightly grease it. Spoon about a tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup, spreading it evenly to cover the base.

Add the Peanut Butter Swirl: Place a dollop (about one tablespoon) of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer in each cup. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate for a marbled effect.

Top with Chocolate: Add another layer of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer in each cup, making sure it covers the peanut butter completely.

Optional Toppings: If you like, sprinkle crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs on top of the chocolate for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the rounds are completely set.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the rounds from the muffin tin or silicone mold. Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick and delicious treat!
