Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional for added crunch)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Prep the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the mixed berries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to break them apart too much. If you’re using granola, add it in at this stage and mix gently.

Fill Molds: Spoon the yogurt-berry mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Press the mixture down slightly to ensure there are no air pockets and that the mixture is compact.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the bombs are completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, gently pull the yogurt bombs out of the molds. If they are difficult to remove, running the molds briefly under warm water can help release them.

Garnish & Enjoy: Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and flavor. You can also serve with a drizzle of honey on top for extra sweetness.
