2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, granola, or chocolate chips

Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
