Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 large ripe kiwi, peeled and diced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for a sweeter touch)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon lemon juice (to enhance flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and diced kiwi. Drizzle with lemon juice, then gently stir to coat the fruit evenly. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt: In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of sea salt until well combined and smooth.

Combine: Gently fold the strawberry and kiwi mixture into the yogurt, ensuring the fruits are evenly distributed throughout.

Fill the Molds: Use a spoon or a piping bag to fill ice cube trays or silicone molds with the yogurt-fruit mixture. Tap the trays gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and ensure an even fill.

Freeze: Place the filled trays in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt Bites out of the molds. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Enjoy: Serve your delightful bites directly from the freezer for a refreshing treat!
