Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 ripe banana, mashed

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of salt

Silicone molds or an ice cube tray

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mashed banana, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.

Gently fold in the fresh strawberries and blueberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Using a spoon, fill the silicone molds or ice cube tray with the yogurt mixture. Make sure to leave a little space at the top as the mixture may expand while freezing.

Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove any air bubbles and to help the mixture settle evenly.

Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the molds by gently pressing from the bottom or running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Enjoy immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer to enjoy later!
