Ingredients

2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

Cooking spray or silicone molds for easy release

Instructions

Prepare the Molds: Lightly spray a muffin tin or silicone molds with cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the ice cream coins later.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Fold in the Goodies: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs. Make sure everything is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the prepared molds. Press down lightly to remove air pockets and ensure they are filled evenly. Tap the tin on the counter a few times to settle the mixture.

Freeze: Cover the muffin tin or silicone molds with plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. Allow the coins to freeze for at least 4 hours or until they are completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the coins from the molds. If using a muffin tin, you may need to gently twist it to release the coins.

Garnish (Optional): For an extra touch, drizzle some melted chocolate on top of the coins and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Enjoy: These delicious Frozen Yogurt S’mores Ice Cream Coins can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
