Ingredients

For the Dough:

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

For the Filling:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Topping:

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add Cheese to Beef: Once the beef mixture has cooled a bit, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. On each triangle, sprinkle a little mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to create a cheesy base.

Fill and Fold: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle. Gather the corners of the dough and fold them up and over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Make the Garlic Butter Topping: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Brush the Topping: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. If desired, sprinkle with more chopped parsley for garnish. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (like ketchup or ranch!).
