Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked penne pasta

1 pound grilled chicken breast, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
