2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup romaine lettuce leaves, washed and separated

½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

Freshly cracked black pepper for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. While it heats up, pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and drizzle with olive oil. Season both sides generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    Grill the Chicken: Once the grill is hot, place the chicken breasts on it. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest for about 5 minutes.
