Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Croutons for a crunchy texture (optional)

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

    - Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

      - In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

        Grill the Chicken:

          - Lightly brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

            - Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the meat is no longer pink in the center.

              - Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

                Assemble the Wraps:

                  - In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine.

                    - Lay the flour tortillas flat and distribute the lettuce mixture evenly across each tortilla.

                      Add Chicken & Roll:

                        - Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips and place them on top of the salad mixture on each tortilla.

                          - If desired, add a handful of croutons for extra crunch.

                            - Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.

                              Grill the Wraps (optional):

                                - If you like your wraps crisped, return them to the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with additional Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
