4 fresh sausages (Italian, chicken, or your choice)

2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced

1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 red onion, cut into wedges

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Aluminum foil (for grilling packets)

Preheat the Grill: Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.

    Prep the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic.
