1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/4 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
