Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup milk

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Muffin Tin: Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking. This recipe will make 12 muffins.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Add Fillings: Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped spinach into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.

Pour Mixture: Evenly pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Gently run a knife around the edges to loosen the muffins, then carefully remove them from the tin. Serve warm or store for later!
