2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup Hatch green chiles, diced (canned or roasted)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Optional toppings: salsa, avocado slices, or cilantro

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced Hatch green chiles, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
