1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/3 cup warm water (110°F)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (mixed colors)

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms

1/4 cup spinach, chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms, spinach, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Stir until combined.

        Roll the Dough: Once the dough has rested, divide it into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Roll each ball into a thin rectangle on a floured surface.
